What happens after my trial period ends?

After your trial ends, you can choose a subscription plan that is suitable for your team's needs. Your team's data, including all projects and their build history, will remain intact after your trial ends. Upgrading to Startup, Superstar or Enterprise plan enables you to add an unlimited number of team members in addition to receiving other benefits.

I'm trying to sign up for a paid plan but my credit card is not accepted? What's going on?

This indicates that your bank has refused the transaction request. Sometimes we're able to tell the general failure reason based on our payment gateway error responses, but only your bank can confirm the specific reason. Here are a few of the most common ones:

  • Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
  • Insufficient funds
  • Some banks will reject charges based on location
  • Some banks will reject charges based on their own fraud rules
